Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
 

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their purchase and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us at 9818027872. Orders once placed can be cancelled upto 15 minutes from the time of placing order. As all produce sold on the website is freshly harvested upon receipt of orders. Cancellation of order beyond 15 minutes from placing of order is not permissible. Upon receipt of Request for Cancellation, approval/ rejection shall be done within 24 hours of receipt of such request. In case request for cancellation is accepted, we shall initiate refund within 2 hours of acceptance of cancellation. The said refund shall reflect in the bank account of the customer within 24 hours of acceptance of cancellation. 

Refund Policy

We will try our best to provide freshest produce. In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our produce upon receipt of the same, they may contact us at 9818027872. Any such request for refund after receipt of produce by the customer, shall be raised within 2 hours from receipt of the same.  We may initiate refund after understanding the discontent and all such refunds shall be approved/ rejected within 24 hours of receipt of the same. In case request for refund is accepted, we shall initiate refund within 2 hours of acceptance of refund. The said refund shall reflect in the bank account of the customer within 24 hours of acceptance of refund.
